AV company in Las Vegas for lighting, video walls, and full production
Expert Staging Productions is a Las Vegas AV company that designs, specs, rigs, and runs event lighting, LED video walls, and full audio-visual production for corporate events, trade shows, and private events across the Las Vegas Valley. The same W-2 crew that builds your custom staging also rigs your video wall, sets your lighting, and runs the show.
Expert Staging Productions is licensed and fully insured in Clark County and the State of Nevada, and puts a W-2 crew with an on-site supervisor on every job. That track record is why corporate planners and venue risk teams call ESP first.
AV that's built into the production, not rented as a panel
Most AV rental shops in Las Vegas hand you a video wall or a lighting package and leave the rest of the build to somebody else. Expert Staging Productions doesn't split the job that way. Lighting, LED video walls, and audio-visual production are one offering here, built by the same crew that designs and fabricates your custom staging.
That matters on show day. A video wall that isn't paired with the right stage build looks bolted on. Lighting that isn't cued with the AV feed misses its mark. When one team designs the wall, the stage, and the lighting plot together, they fit, because they were built to fit from the first sketch.
It also matters before show day. A quote from Expert Staging Productions covers video wall, lighting, and audio-visual support as one scope, so there's one contract and one crew accountable for how all three come together, not three separate vendors comparing notes on-site for the first time.
Video walls
An LED video wall is built from small, tightly spaced light-emitting diodes, so it can be built to almost any size and shape and viewed close-up without a screen door effect. An LCD video wall is built from stitched-together flat panels, which cost less at small sizes but show visible seams between panels the closer you get. For a main-stage backdrop or a booth wall people will stand near, LED is almost always the right call.
Sizing depends on what the wall needs to do. A confidence-monitor or accent wall behind a podium can run small and simple. A trade-show booth backdrop typically runs larger, built to read from the aisle and hold up in trade show booth traffic all day. A main-stage backdrop for a keynote or general session runs largest, sized to the room and built to survive a full show schedule without a seam or a dead pixel showing.
Expert Staging Productions pairs every video wall with a matching stage or scenic build instead of dropping in a bare panel. What an accurate quote depends on: wall size, resolution, indoor or outdoor rigging, and how many show days it needs to run. Get those details to ESP and a scoped quote follows the same business day.
Lighting
Event lighting sets the mood before a single word gets said. Expert Staging Productions builds lighting for corporate galas, keynote stages, trade-show booths, and after-parties, and books uplighting and concert-style rigs for anything from a ballroom dinner to a full production stage.
A gala or awards dinner calls for lighting that flatters a room in formalwear and hits its cues on time when the show starts. A trade-show booth needs a lighting plan that reads under convention-hall house lights without washing out the video wall next to it. An after-party needs a rig built to change the room's whole feel once the formal program ends, concert-style washes, moving heads, and color cues that shift with the music.
Lighting gets quoted alongside video wall and staging when it's part of the same event, or scoped on its own when it isn't. Either way, the same crew that hangs the lighting truss also runs the show, so cue changes on-site don't wait on a phone call to an outside vendor.
Rigging and install: the part vendors get wrong
Ask around and you'll hear the same complaint from planners and venue managers: finding an AV vendor that actually handles rigging, not just delivery, is harder than it should be. Expert Staging Productions handles structural rigging with its own crew for both indoor and outdoor installs: truss and motor points inside a ballroom or convention hall, ground support and wind-load planning for an outdoor stage or tent.
Every install goes up with W-2, background-checked, OSHA-certified techs, not day labor pulled together for the week, and a supervisor is on-site for every job, not just the large ones. That's the difference between a wall that's hung and a wall that's engineered: load calculations checked before the first motor point goes up, and a crew that owns the rigging plan from the first truss to the last bolt at strike.
Why ESP for AV
Expert Staging Productions sends 3D renderings before load-in, so a video wall placement, a lighting plot, or a staging pairing gets approved before a single truck leaves the shop. See how that process works on our process page.
Brett Ralston and Jared Roper, ESP's founders, bring 40+ years of combined experience at Las Vegas venues including Resorts World, MGM properties, Caesars, and Fontainebleau. Read more about the team on our about page. Booking AV as part of a larger build (staging, custom scenery, or crew) works the same way: one company, one contract, one crew on-site for corporate event production instead of a stack of separate vendor invoices.
Recent AV and lighting builds
Expert Staging Productions is building out a gallery of named, dated AV and lighting projects (show name, venue type, and wall or rig size) once the August 2026 photo shoot delivers real installs to show. Until then, ask about recent AV work directly when you request a quote; the crew can speak to comparable builds by phone or email even before the gallery photos are live.
Planning from out of town? We're your crew on the ground.
Most of Expert Staging Productions' AV clients aren't based in Las Vegas. They're planning from Los Angeles, San Diego, or Phoenix, and the AV vendor is one more thing to coordinate remotely before they land. ESP builds around that.
Before anything ships, ESP sends 3D renderings of the video wall placement and lighting plot, so the whole AV package gets approved without a site visit. Once you're on-site, or even if you never are, there's one point of contact who knows the venue's loading dock, its rigging rules, and its load-in window, plus a crew already handling receiving and install. You're not tracking down a local AV house on top of your staging vendor and your labor crew. You're making one call.
What a quote actually includes
Expert Staging Productions doesn't quote AV off a phone call and a guess. A quote breaks out video wall, lighting, rigging, and crew labor as separate line items, so you can see what's driving the number instead of taking it on faith.
To get an accurate quote fast, have your event date, venue, room or booth dimensions, and a rough sense of content needs (video, lighting cues, or both) ready when you reach out. ESP responds to quote requests the same business day.
