Already have a booth? This is everything else.

If you need the booth itself designed or built, start with our custom trade show booths in Las Vegas page. This page is for exhibitors who already have a booth and need everything around it.

That means the AV inside it, the backdrop behind it, the scenic pieces that make it look like your brand, the crew that installs and dismantles it, somewhere local to receive and store it, and someone who can fix it at 7 am on show day. Your exhibit house builds the booth. We're your crew on the ground in Vegas.

What we handle for exhibitors

AV and video walls. LED walls, monitors, speakers, and show lighting inside your footprint, programmed and run by our own crew. More on how we handle it is on our audio-visual production in Las Vegas page.

Staging and risers. Presentation risers, demo platforms, and custom staging that fits your booth footprint and the venue's rules. See stage rental in Las Vegas for decks, specs, and ADA ramps.

Backdrops and trade show displays. Step and repeats, banner walls, and printed graphics, produced locally so a damaged panel doesn't mean a reprint shipped from 2 states away. Details on our step and repeat backdrop page.

Custom scenery and branded builds. Product plinths, entry arches, branded counters, and scenic accents, designed in 3D and cut on our own CNC and laser machines. More at custom scenery in Las Vegas.

Install and dismantle labor. Our own background-checked W-2 employees, never day labor, always with a supervisor on the floor. The full labor story is on our event staffing in Las Vegas page.

Receiving, storage, and logistics. Ship to our warehouse at 1045 Palms Airport Dr, minutes from the convention corridor. We receive, inspect, store, and deliver to your target move-in window.

The part out-of-town exhibit houses get wrong

Convention freight in Las Vegas doesn't move on your schedule. For the major shows, trucks check in through a marshalling yard and deliver to the floor in assigned windows. Miss yours and your booth sits on a trailer while your competitors set up.

Move-in works the same way. Venues assign target dates and access windows, and the paperwork that lets an outside contractor work your booth has deadlines that pass weeks before the show opens. Exhibitors who learn this at the loading dock pay for it in delays and rush charges.

We plan around all of it. That starts in our shop: the more of your build that pre-assembles and pre-wires in our warehouse, the fewer hours you burn on the show floor. We map what ships ready, what assembles on-site, which paperwork needs filing and when, and what your move-in window actually allows. Then we build the schedule backward from it.

Every show and venue runs its own labor rules, and they're specific. We'll walk your exact show's requirements with you during scoping, tell you plainly what our crew handles, and coordinate with the show's official contractor for the rest. That conversation happens before you ship, not at the dock.

Show-floor problems, fixed during show hours

A cracked panel, a damaged graphic, a scenic piece that didn't survive the truck. For most exhibitors, that's a problem 2 time zones away from the shop that built it. For us, it's a 15-minute drive.

We fabricate in-house on our own CNC and laser equipment, which is how a repair that would take another vendor days ships back to your booth the same day. One exhibitor called us at breakfast about a broken display piece; our shop rebuilt it and our crew reinstalled it before the floor opened. Our emergency line answers around the clock during show weeks.

Production support for show organizers

We work the organizer side too: registration and entrance builds, session-room staging, lounges, signage and wayfinding scenery, and crew across the whole floor. One local vendor, one point of contact, one insurance certificate covering all of it.

If you're producing a show in Las Vegas, we'd rather talk scope than write a long pitch. Call 702-483-9250 and ask for production support, or tell us about your show.

Built around the Las Vegas show calendar

Las Vegas runs on a show calendar, and so do we. CES and World of Concrete in January. MAGIC in February and again in August. NAB in April. SEMA in November, with the fall season packed around it.

January is the crunch. CES move-in starts days into the new year, which means planning happens in November and December while everyone's calendar fills with holidays. Exhibitors who book support before the holidays get their pick of crew and shop time. Exhibitors who call in January get what's left.

Planning from out of town

Nearly every exhibitor we support is planning from somewhere else: Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, or further. The workflow is built for that. You get 3D renderings of staging and scenic elements before you ever board a plane, one local point of contact from first call through strike, and receiving coordination so your freight lands in our warehouse instead of a timing gamble.

When you walk onto the floor, the work's already underway. That's the point of having a crew on the ground in Vegas.

What a support quote includes

Every quote is scoped to your show and itemized so you can see exactly what you're paying for: labor, equipment, fabrication, delivery and strike, and our insurance documentation for your show's vendor requirements.

To move fast, have 5 things ready: the show, the venue, your booth number and footprint, your dates, and the scope you need covered. Send those and we'll respond with a quote the same business day.

Questions planners ask

Can you receive and store our booth and materials before the show?
Yes. Ship to our Las Vegas warehouse at 1045 Palms Airport Dr, minutes from the convention corridor, and we'll receive, inspect, and store your freight until your move-in window. That takes the cross-country timing gamble out of your show plan, and it means damage gets caught in our warehouse with time to fix it, not on the show floor without.
Do you provide labor for conventions in Las Vegas?
Yes. Our install and dismantle crews are Expert Staging Productions' own W-2 employees, background-checked, with a supervisor on every job, and fully insured. Every show sets its own rules for what outside contractors handle, so during scoping we walk your show's specific requirements with you and coordinate anything outside our lane with the show's official contractor.
How do labor and freight rules affect our install?
Las Vegas convention venues run on assigned move-in windows, marshalling-yard freight scheduling, and show-specific contractor paperwork with real deadlines. Out-of-state exhibit houses that plan around their home city's rules pay for the difference in show-site delays and rush labor. We've spent 20+ years working Las Vegas venues, so we plan your install around those rules from the first conversation instead of discovering them at the dock.
Can you handle last-minute show-floor fixes?
Yes, and it's where a local shop earns its keep. We fabricate in-house on our own CNC and laser equipment, so a cracked panel, damaged graphic, or missing scenic piece gets rebuilt and reinstalled the same day instead of shipped from a shop 2 states away. During show weeks our emergency line answers around the clock.
We're not based in Las Vegas. Can you still support our booth?
That's the normal case, not the exception; nearly all of our exhibitor clients fly in. You get 3D renderings before you travel, one local point of contact from first call through strike, and receiving and delivery coordination for your freight. We're your crew on the ground in Vegas.
