Custom scenery and DJ booths, built in Las Vegas
Expert Staging Productions designs and fabricates custom scenery and DJ booths for Las Vegas events entirely in-house: CNC-cut, laser-engraved, and hand-built by our own carpentry crew, then installed by the same team that designed it. From 3D rendering to load-in, one shop handles the whole build.
Designed in 3D. Fabricated in our own shop. Installed by the crew that built it.

Built in-house, not off a shelf
Search "custom scenery Las Vegas" or "scenic fabrication Las Vegas" and most of what comes back is a page, not a shop. Expert Staging Productions is the shop.
Every scenic piece and every DJ booth on this page started the same way: a 3D rendering you approve, then a build that never leaves our building. Renderings typically come back in 2 to 3 business days, with one round of revisions included, before anything gets cut.
No subcontracted fabrication house, no third-party finish shop, no mystery about who actually cut, painted, or assembled the piece sitting on your event floor. That matters most when the concept is unusual. A generic rental rack has a fixed set of shapes and sizes; our shop doesn't, because the CNC table and the laser engraver take a design file, not a catalog number.
See how a design becomes a finished build on our process page, where rendering and finished-build photos sit side by side.
Custom scenery, designed and fabricated in Las Vegas
Custom scenery covers the branded set pieces, logo walls, and event prop fabrication that make an event look like your event instead of a rented ballroom: entrance pieces, themed props, dimensional logo walls, and full scenic environments built around a concept.
The pipeline is the same regardless of scale. We start with a 3D SketchUp rendering so you can see the piece before anyone picks up a saw. Once it's approved, the shop takes over: CNC-cut panels for clean, repeatable shapes, laser engraving for logos and fine detail, and carpentry, paint, and finish work done by the crew that installs it.
We work in wood, foam, acrylic, and metal, choosing the material for what the piece needs to do rather than what happens to be in stock. A carved foam prop that has to travel gets built differently than a structural piece meant to carry weight or hold up outdoors for a week.
Brand activations lean on this section hardest. A corporate client bringing a product launch to Las Vegas needs the booth, the stage, and the scenery to read as one designed environment, not three vendors' worth of mismatched rentals. Building all of it in the same shop is what keeps that environment consistent, and it's the same fabrication capability behind our trade show booth builds.
Custom DJ booths built for the show, not the rental catalog
A stock DJ booth is built to fit anyone's brand, which really means it fits no one's brand. Expert Staging Productions builds custom DJ booths in-house instead, matched to your event's colors, logo, and shape, rather than pulled off a generic rental shelf.
The build process doesn't change just because the piece is smaller than a scenic wall. It still starts as a rendering, still gets CNC-cut and laser-engraved for clean branding, and still gets installed by the crew that built it, not a separate delivery driver.
Custom DJ booths pair naturally with nightlife and after-party programming, where the booth is as much a visual anchor as the sound is. If your event includes an after-party or a nightclub-style set, see our after-party production page for how a custom booth fits into lighting, sound, and the rest of that build.
Stage facades and branded environments
A stage facade is the difference between a bare deck and a stage that looks designed. Skirting, branded fronts, backlit panels, and stage scenic design elements built to wrap a stage all fall into this category, and it's structural, fabricated work, not printed graphics stretched over a frame.
That distinction matters. Flat printed backdrops are a different build, covered on our step and repeat and backdrop page; a stage facade has depth, dimension, and often lighting built into it. Pair a custom facade with a deck build on our staging page and the two arrive from the same shop, on the same timeline, installed by the same crew.
Branded environments extend that custom set design past the stage itself: entrance arches, sponsor walls, and full set dressing built to carry a client's brand across an entire room, not just the stage.
Inside the shop
Everything on this page comes out of one building. Our shop runs CNC machines, laser engravers, and a full carpentry and paint operation, and every build passes through a 3D rendering before a single cut gets made.
That's not a marketing line. It's the reason a client in Los Angeles or Phoenix can approve a scenic piece without seeing it in person until load-in, and the reason a change on Tuesday doesn't mean waiting on someone else's schedule to fix it by Friday.
