See it before it's built.

Expert Staging Productions designs every custom build in 3D before fabrication begins. Planners see a full rendering of their staging, scenery, or backdrop, reviewed and approved, before our in-house crew in Las Vegas cuts a single piece. You'll know exactly what's arriving before you do.

Approve your design before you ever set foot in Vegas

Most of our clients aren't planning from Las Vegas. They're in Los Angeles, San Diego, or Phoenix, booking a show they won't see in person until load-in week. The rendering closes that gap: you approve the exact look of your staging, scenery, or backdrop from wherever you are, before we build anything. One point of contact walks you through every revision, so you're never chasing an answer between three different vendors.

Every rendering comes from the same team that installs it: W-2 employees · fully insured · 1,000+ events · 40+ years combined experience · supervisor on every job. Nothing gets subbed out between the design you approve and the build that shows up.

How it works

Six steps, one crew, from first call to final strike.

01

Consult and site walkthrough

We start with a call and a walkthrough, either in person at your venue or scoped remotely from photos and floor plans for planners who can't be on-site yet. We talk through the vision, the space, and what the show needs to do.

02

3D rendering

Our design team builds a full rendering, typically in SketchUp, so you can see the staging, scenery, or backdrop before a single piece gets cut. You review it, we adjust it, and nothing moves to the shop floor until you sign off.

03

In-house fabrication

The approved design goes straight to our shop: CNC foam cutting, laser engraving, carpentry, paint. Everything from custom scenery to trade show booth elements gets built on our own equipment, nothing outsourced.

04

Install

A background-checked, OSHA-certified crew installs the build on-site, with a supervisor present on every job. This is the same W-2 crew that fabricated the piece, so they already know how it goes together before it ever touches your venue.

05

Show support

We stay on through the event for same-day fixes and adjustments, whether that's a lighting tweak before doors or a quick repair between sessions. Support carries through if your event extends into an after-party.

06

Strike

The same crew that built and installed the show tears it down and clears the venue. One team, accountable from the first rendering to the last piece off the floor.

Renderings, then reality

No major Vegas production company publishes rendering-to-build pairs at this depth. We do, because it's how we work: every custom staging, pool deck stage, backdrop, or trade show booth starts as a 3D rendering before it becomes a physical build. Below are two examples, tagged by service, so you can see the path from screen to show floor.

Built in-house, start to finish

Renderings only mean something if the shop can build to them. Our fabrication floor runs CNC machines, laser engravers, and a full carpentry and paint shop, the same equipment behind every trade show booth, custom staging, and scenery piece we design. Brett and Jared still walk the shop floor on active builds, and the crew that cuts your piece is the crew that answers your call.

Nothing gets handed off to a third-party fabricator between the rendering you approve and the piece that ships to your venue. One team designs it, builds it, and installs it, so the finish you saw in the rendering is the finish you get on show day.

Questions planners ask

Do you provide 3D renderings before the event?
Yes. Every custom build starts as a 3D rendering, typically produced in SketchUp, before we cut, cast, or fabricate anything. You review the rendering and sign off on it before it goes to our shop floor.
Can we request changes after seeing the rendering?
Yes. Renderings typically take 2 to 3 business days and include one round of revisions, so changes happen on screen instead of on-site. That's the point of rendering first: nothing about your staging, scenery, or backdrop is a surprise on load-in day.
How long does a rendering take?
Most renderings are ready in 2 to 3 business days, though more complex builds can run longer. We'll give you a specific timeline once we've scoped your event during the consult.
Can you design an event I'm planning from out of state?
Yes. Most of the planners we work with are booking a Las Vegas event from Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, or somewhere else entirely, and the rendering is built for exactly that. Site walkthroughs can run in person, from photos and floor plans, or scheduled around a trip you're already making to Vegas.
Is any part of the build outsourced?
No. The same in-house team that designs your rendering fabricates it on our own CNC machines, laser engravers, and carpentry equipment, then installs it with our own W-2 crew. Nothing changes hands between the concept you approve and the build that shows up at your venue.
