This website is operated by Expert Staging Productions LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website. They are not your project contract. If we do work for you, that work is governed by the written agreement, proposal, or quote you sign with us, and if anything here conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

What this site is for

We publish this site to describe what we build, show work we have done, and let you start a conversation about an event. You may use it to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us.

Quote requests are not contracts

Submitting the quote form does not book a date, reserve equipment or crew, or create a binding agreement. It starts a conversation. Nothing is confirmed until we have scoped the work and both sides have signed a written agreement.

Any pricing, availability, or timeline we discuss before that point is an estimate that can change once we know the venue, the load-in window, and the actual scope.

Published specifications

This site publishes figures such as load ratings, deck sizes, and install times because they are useful for planning. Read them as general capabilities, not as engineering guarantees for your event.

Every build is engineered for its own conditions. The rating that applies to your stage, pool deck, or booth is the one in your project documentation, confirmed for your venue, your load plan, and your configuration. Do not rely on a number from a web page for structural, safety, or permitting decisions.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photography, renderings, designs, layout, and code on this site belong to Expert Staging Productions LLC or are used with permission. Our name and logo are ours.

You may view the site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own planning. You may not republish our photography or copy, use our content to train a commercial model, scrape the site at scale, pass our work off as someone else's portfolio, or use our name or logo to imply a partnership that does not exist. If you want to use something, ask us. We are usually happy to say yes.

What you send us

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share, including floor plans, artwork, or brand assets belonging to someone else.

When you send us event details, artwork, or reference material, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it: preparing your quote and delivering your project. We do not claim ownership of your brand assets.

Photography of completed work

We photograph and film our builds, and we use that material in our portfolio, on social media, and in proposals. If your event is sensitive, or your venue or client restricts photography, tell us before the build and we will handle it in your project agreement. Venue and property restrictions always apply on top of whatever we agree.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with how it runs, attempt to gain access to systems or accounts you are not entitled to, submit deliberately false information, or send automated bulk submissions through our forms.

Third-party services and links

Parts of this site depend on services we do not control. Quote forms are processed by Formspree. Maps are provided by Google Maps. Fonts are served by Google. Hosting, analytics, and performance measurement are provided by Vercel. Those companies' own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.

We sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it as is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that it is free of every mistake, or that any particular service, date, or configuration is available at the moment you read about it.

Nothing on this site is engineering, legal, safety, or permitting advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Expert Staging Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, including lost profits or lost business, even if we were told such damages were possible.

This section limits our liability for the website. It does not limit our obligations under a signed project agreement, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under Nevada law.

Indemnification

If your misuse of this site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you agree those courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
