A Las Vegas booth partner for out-of-town exhibitors

Most of the exhibitors we build for aren't in Las Vegas. They're planning from Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, and further out, and they need a booth partner who's already on the ground here.

Remote planning works like this. You send us the show, the footprint, and what the booth needs to do. We turn around 3D renderings in 2 to 3 business days with one revision round, so you approve the design before you book a flight. From there you have one local point of contact, from first call through dismantle.

Your booth gets built in our shop at 1045 Palms Airport Dr, a short drive from the Strip and the convention corridor. We can also receive your freight and graphics here ahead of the show, so they're waiting in our warehouse instead of sitting in a drayage queue.

The week of the show, nothing is riding on a cross-country truck. The booth is already in the city, and so is the crew that built it.

10x10, 10x20, and 20x20 trade show booths, plus custom islands

We design and build booths in the footprints Las Vegas shows actually assign.

  • 10x10 inline (100 sq ft). The standard first-show footprint. Room for a backwall, a counter, product display, and one conversation at a time.
  • 10x20 inline (200 sq ft). Adds a demo station or a seating area without jumping to island rules.
  • 20x20 island (400 sq ft). Open on all four sides. Supports meeting space, multiple demo stations, a storage closet, and hanging signs where venue rules allow.
  • Custom islands, 400 sq ft and up. Double-deck structures, conference rooms, full brand environments. Scoped per project.

Whatever the footprint, a booth needs the same six things: structure, graphics, AV, furniture, storage, and the labor to install and dismantle it. We cover all six in one scope, including video walls for trade show booths specced and integrated into the build. One contact, one quote, one crew.

Trade show booth design, fabricated in our own Las Vegas shop

Plenty of booth companies claim 100% in-house fabrication. We can walk you through ours.

How that design stage works, and what it has to settle before anything gets cut, is covered in detail on trade show booth design.

Every booth starts as a 3D SketchUp rendering you approve before anything gets cut. Then the shop takes over: CNC-cut panels, laser-engraved details, and paint and finish work done by the same crew that installs on the show floor. Design, fabrication, and install under one roof means no markup passed through from a subcontractor, and no finger-pointing when a change order lands late.

The shop builds more than booths. Our custom scenery and fabrication work covers DJ booths, branded set pieces, and full scenic environments, and the same machines and the same builders make your booth. You can see rendering-to-build pairs from past projects on our process page.

What goes into a custom booth

Custom doesn't have to mean complicated. The scope starts with the footprint the show assigned you, what the booth has to do on the floor, and how much of it we pre-build in the shop before move-in.

A first-show 10x10 usually calls for a clean structure that carries your graphics well and installs in hours. A flagship island that returns to Las Vegas year after year earns deeper work: custom millwork, laser-engraved details, conference space, or a double-deck structure where the show allows it. From the simple to the extravagant, it's the same shop and the same crew.

And because the booth is yours, we can store it in our warehouse between shows. Next year starts with an install date instead of a freight quote.

LVCC, CES, and Las Vegas convention logistics

Las Vegas convention venues run on logistics: targeted move-in windows, marshalling yards, dock schedules, and freight deadlines that decide whether your booth is standing when doors open. The Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, and Mandalay Bay Convention Center each run their own calendar, and we've worked in all of them.

Because we're local, we plan the build around those realities from day one: what gets pre-built in the shop versus assembled on the floor, how fabrication gets scheduled against your target move-in date, and what the venue and show contractor need from your team before you arrive.

W-2 install crews with a supervisor on every job

Corporate exhibitors vet vendor risk before they sign, so here's ours in plain terms. Our install crews are W-2 employees, not 1099 day labor. They're background-checked and OSHA-certified, we're fully insured, and a supervisor runs every job. If your procurement team needs certificates of insurance, we'll send them with the quote.

We're built for show-floor speed. The same crew depth behind our custom staging backs every booth install. If something breaks the night before doors open, our emergency line answers around the clock.

One boundary worth drawing: this page covers the booth itself. Design, fabrication, install, and dismantle. If you already have a booth and need production support around it, that's our convention exhibitor services. And when a build needs extra hands during convention season, our event crew and stagehand labor staffs jobs across the city.

What a trade show booth quote includes

No two booths cost the same, so we don't publish prices. What we do publish is how we quote.

Every quote is line-itemed: fabrication, graphics, labor, delivery and strike, and insurance. You see exactly where the money goes, and you can compare us honestly against anyone else bidding. What drives the number is footprint, materials and finish level, graphics coverage, AV, and how compressed your install window is.

To get a number fast, send us the show name and dates, the venue, your booth footprint, and what the booth needs to do. We respond to quote requests the same business day. Custom fabrication typically runs 2 to 4 weeks with rush capability, and large custom builds book out 2 to 3 months, so the earlier we talk, the more options you have.

Questions planners ask

How much does a custom trade show booth cost in Las Vegas?
Booth cost is scoped to your show. The main drivers are footprint, materials and finish level, graphics coverage, AV, and how tight the install window is. Expert Staging Productions quotes every booth with line items for fabrication, graphics, labor, delivery and strike, and insurance, and responds to quote requests the same business day.
How many square feet is a 10x10 or a 20x20 trade show booth?
A 10x10 booth is 100 square feet and a 20x20 booth is 400 square feet. A 10x10 comfortably holds a backwall, a counter, and a product display, while a 20x20 island supports meeting space, multiple demo stations, and hanging signs where venue rules allow.
What do I need for a trade show booth?
Six things: the structure, graphics, AV, furniture, storage, and the labor to install and dismantle it. Expert Staging Productions covers all six in one scope, so exhibitors work with one Las Vegas contact instead of coordinating a separate vendor for each piece.
How does the custom booth process work, from design to the show floor?
It starts with the show, the footprint, and what the booth needs to do. Expert Staging Productions turns around 3D renderings in 2 to 3 business days with one revision round. Once the design is approved, the booth is fabricated in our Las Vegas shop, typically in 2 to 4 weeks, and the crew that built it installs it on the show floor. Large custom builds book out 2 to 3 months.
Can you build and install a booth for a Las Vegas convention like CES?
Yes. Expert Staging Productions is a Las Vegas company with its own fabrication shop and W-2 install crews that work the city's convention venues, so there's no cross-country freight risk the week of the show. For CES, booth design should be locked before the holidays, since January move-in windows fill fast.
