Privacy Policy

Expert Staging Productions LLC operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, who else touches it, and how to get it removed. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

The only place this site asks you for information is the quote request form. When you submit it, we receive what you typed:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
The type of event you are planning
Your event date, if you have one
Estimated attendance
Which services you are interested in
Where you are planning from
Anything you write in the event details field

You can also reach us by phone or email without using the form. If you do, we keep that correspondence the same way we keep any other client communication.

Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details, or government identification through the quote form. It is not built to carry that kind of information, and we will never ask you for it by email.

Information collected automatically

We use two measurement tools from our hosting provider, Vercel: Web Analytics, which counts page visits and referrers, and Speed Insights, which measures how fast pages load for real visitors. Both are aggregate, and neither uses cookies to follow you across websites.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through the site, which pages they read, and which ones lead to a quote request. Google Analytics does set cookies on your device, and it assigns your browser a randomly generated identifier so that repeat visits can be recognized as the same session. We use it to improve the site, not to target advertising at you. You can opt out across every site that uses it with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Our host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser user agent strings, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not operate an ad pixel, and we do not build behavioral profiles.

Service providers

A few third parties necessarily receive some information when you use this site:

Formspree processes quote form submissions and delivers them to our team inbox. Everything you type into the form passes through Formspree.
Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics and performance measurement described above.
Google Analytics receives information about the pages you view on this site, along with your approximate location, device and browser, and a randomly generated visitor identifier.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests those font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.
Google Maps powers the embedded maps on our home page and contact page. Google receives information about your visit when a map loads.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Cookies

Expert Staging Productions does not set cookies of its own on this site, and we do not show a cookie consent banner because we are not placing advertising or tracking cookies on your device.

One exception is worth naming plainly. The embedded Google Map is a Google frame, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. If you would rather avoid that, most browsers let you block third-party cookies, and our address and phone number are written out in text on the contact page so you never need the map to reach us.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare and revise your quote, scope and schedule your build, coordinate with your venue, and stay in touch about the project. If you become a client, we use the same information to run your job and to invoice it.

We may also use aggregate, non-identifying information about site usage to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

How we share it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share it only in these situations:

With the service providers named above, so that the site and the form work
With a venue, property, or subcontractor when your project requires it, for example submitting a crew list or a load-in schedule to a resort's security or receiving department
When the law requires it, such as a subpoena or a court order
To protect our rights, our crew, or someone's safety

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into projects are kept while they are still commercially useful to us, and we clear them out periodically after that. Records tied to actual projects are kept longer, because contracts, insurance, and tax records carry their own retention requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

Email and phone

If you ask for a quote, we will reply. That is a response to your request, not marketing.

If we send you marketing email, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes you off that list without affecting any active project. We use phone numbers to talk about your event. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not run automated text message marketing to numbers submitted through this form.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@expertstagingproductions.com or call 702-483-9250. We will ask a question or two to confirm you are who you say you are before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Nevada residents

Nevada law gives residents the right to tell a website operator not to sell their covered personal information. We do not sell personal information and have no plans to start. If you want to submit a request anyway, our designated address for those requests is info@expertstagingproductions.com.

California residents

We work with a lot of planners in Los Angeles, San Diego, and elsewhere in California. To the extent California privacy law applies to us, you may request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you will not be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Use the same contact details above.

Children

This site is meant for people arranging events, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to quote submissions is limited to the people who need them to do the work. No website or company can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise, but we treat your information as something we are responsible for rather than something we own.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
